PREPAID CARDS The 2010 Branded Prepaid Card Analysis Update will be released in September 2010. This year's report will update the cost comparison of general purpose reloadable prepaid cards to basic checking account as well as cash. Additionally, we look at financial literacy, credit building and savings features that have emerged in the past year.
